In Illinois, the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office reports it has located a Wisconsin murder suspect in a hospital.
22-year-old Ian Kearns is one of three people accused of killing a man after a robbery in Eau Claire. The other two were already in custody.
Authorities believed Kearns had returned to the Champaign-Urbana location after the fatal incident. Kearns, Juan Olivarez, and Joe Moya are accused of killing Edwin Garcia-Smith March 20th.
Each suspect faces a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
