Manuel Mendoza and Dolores Garcia were taken into custody on Friday, April 24th, 2020. The Green Bay Police Department had released their photos to the public on Tuesday, April 21.
Mendoza is considered a person of interest in the shooting incident on April 7, 2020 at 1670 Western Ave in Green Bay.
The arrests took place in Shawano County with the assistance of the Shawano County Sheriffs Office, and state and federal law enforcement partners.
Green Bay Police Department Detectives have interviewed both subjects, who are now housed at the Brown County Jail.
