City officials say there will be no parade and no fireworks on the Fourth of July in Glendale this summer. The celebration was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Members of Glendale’s Fourth Of July Committee say they are searching for other ways to celebrate the country and its history this year.
The governor’s Safer at Home order makes gatherings like that difficult. So far, the order has only been extended through May 26th.
