Two Manitowoc men were arrested on drug-related charges on the city’s southside yesterday following the execution of a search warrant. A 58-year-old male faces criminal charges of Keeper of a Drug House and Possession of Methamphetamine while a 56-year old man is being charged with a list of counts including Possession of Meth with intent to deliver as a repeater, Possession with intent to deliver Fentanyl as a repeater, Possessing THC as a repeater and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
The two males were taken into custody Tuesday morning after authorities received word of suspected drug trafficking at a residence in the 1200 block of South 17th Street. Police seized nearly 10-grams of suspected methamphetamine, 18-and-a-half grams of suspected fentanyl, just over 4-grams of marijuana, approximately $380 in currency, and a digital drug scale.
Manitowoc police detectives said the 56-year old man has several prior drug convictions and so is being charged as a repeater.
