A Manitowoc woman is facing charges after she was found by police passed out behind the wheel of her car twice on Saturday.
The first-time officers found 29-year-old Brittany L. Larocque asleep behind the wheel was early in the morning on Saturday near Citizen Park. Officers then found her again at around 11:00 AM near the intersection of North 21st Street and Menasha Avenue.
She initially did not wake up when the officers made contact, but when they reached through the open passenger window and shook her arm she awakened.
Larocque told the officers that she was tired from working all week, but when an officer performed the field sobriety test, she appeared to be under the influence.
