UPDATE 4/27/202: Both Mendoza and Garcia have been located.
Manuel Mendoza and Dolores Garcia are wanted for questioning related to a shooting incident that occurred on the west side of Green Bay on April 7, 2020. At this point the Green Bay Police Department has said that the two are together and have ties to Green Bay, Shawano, and Menominee Tribal reservation areas. It is believed that all involved in this incident are known to each other and this was a targeted incident. Mendoza is a person of interest in the shooting and should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
