Driver Involved In Fatal Crash Could Faces Charges

A 19-year-old driver involved in a fatal crash early Sunday could be charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.  A passenger in the car Donovan Luz-Torres was driving was killed when the vehicle slammed into a parked semi.  The 18-year-old victim died before he could be taken to a hospital.  The Dane County Medical Examiner said Justin D. Wixom of Fitchburg died from injuries he suffered in the wreck.  A witness told police about seeing the vehicle driving without its headlights on at about midnight.
