Reports of giving and good deeds continue to come to the surface. Sargento Foods, out of Plymouth has donated $2 million worth of cheese to the largest hunger-relief organization in the country, Feeding America.
The 15.8 million cheese sticks are enough for roughly 1.3 million households across the county.
The company said they wanted to help address the growing issue of food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Feeding America serves more than 50,000 people every month.
