Authorities in southern Wisconsin say they have determined the man whose body was found in Beloit was a homicide victim.
Investigators think 18-year-old Jwan J. Lamon of Janesville was targeted Tuesday. Beloit police detectives say they are working the case jointly with the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
No arrests have been announced and investigators haven’t said how Lamon was killed.
