Less than two weeks after asking for his bail amount to be reduced, 16-year-old Damian Hauschultz is out of jail.
Damian, who is facing charges in the death of 7-year-old Ethan Hauschultz posted his $100,000 cash bail.
Despite his age, Damian is being charged as an adult, after police reported he has forced Ethan to carry a 44-pound log around in the back yard as punishment, and then buried him beneath roughly 80 pounds of snow, resulting in his death.
Damian is facing charges of First-Degree Reckless Homicide, three counts of Child Abuse and three counts of Substantial Battery.
