
Police in the Town of Sheboygan were led on a high-speed chase Wednesday night.
According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy attempted to pull a vehicle over on Muller Road at around midnight, but the driver failed to stop.
The male driver then took off on speeds of over 90 miles per hour.
Officers were finally able to stop him on Superior Avenue thanks to the use of spike strips.
The suspect still wasn’t done, as he assaulted the officers as they attempted to take him into custody.
The suspect is now facing his 4th OWI charge, and felony charges of Assaulting an Officer, and Resisting Arrest.
