At least one veteran college basketball journalist is offering some love for coach Greg Gard’s U-W Badgers next season.
Andy Katz writes for N-C-A-A-dot-com and does some work for the Big Ten Network., and he’s projecting the Badgers to be the sixth-best team in the country next season, pointing to them having Micah Potter available all season and a strong class of incoming talent.
Iowa at number five is the only Big Ten team he ranks ahead of Wisconsin.
