The Dane County medical examiner has identified the couple whose bodies were discovered Tuesday morning in the U-W Arboretum.
A jogger found the bodies of 52-year-old Dr. Beth E. Potter and her husband, 57-year-old Robin L. Carre, at about 6:30 a-m.
Potter was the medical director of employee health services at U-W Health.
The specific caused of their deaths hasn’t been released, but the medical examiner’s office is calling it “homicidal related trauma.”
Police say the victims were targeted and they are looking for the person or persons responsible.
