There was a fire last night at a chemical plant in Green Bay.
The chemical fire started at Carboline at around 7:30 last night, with Green Bay Metro Fire crews quickly responding. More stations were called once it was learned that the blaze was inside a facility with combustible materials.
The fire was completely under control in about 20 minutes, causing an estimated $150,000 in damage.
One employee was injured in the fire, but they refused treatment at the scene.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Fire Marshall’s Office.
