There are only a few city meetings in Manitowoc this week.
At 4:00 this evening, the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission will convene in the MPU Conference Room.
They will be discussing their COVID-19 Draft Plan and will enter a closed session to continue negotiations with the Central Brown County Water Authority.
The public will not be allowed at the meeting due to restrictions on the number of people that can gather at one time.
