Four-star football prospect Zakee Wheatley has trimmed the list of the schools he’s considering for his college career to eight – including Wisconsin.
The six-foot-two, 180-pounder is rated the number-21 athlete in the country by 247Sports. He reportedly received more than 20 offers and released the updated list Wednesday.
He says he made his preliminary decisions based on academics and football.
Wheatley is considered a potential standout at wide receiver or defensive back.
He played high school football at Severn, Maryland Archbishop Spalding High School.
