Authorities in the Milwaukee area are looking for the hit-and-run driver who fatally injured a long-time police emergency dispatcher.
Witnesses tell police a driver ran a red light at about 12:30 a-m Monday and when officers tried to pull him over, he refused to stop.
Police ended the chase when they lost sight of the fleeing vehicle, but they quickly found the 62-year-old victim.
A passenger from the suspect vehicle has been arrested, but authorities are still searching for the driver.
