In response to the increased risk of COVID 19-effective immediately-all Shoreline Credit Union branches will be open only via drive-thru or by appointment. The credit union asks that you contact them via phone or e-mail if you have one booked through March 28th.
Shoreline encourages customers to utilize as many of these self-service methods to access your accounts through March 31st: Cash Withdrawals- Deposits-Online access- Account Opening and Cashier’s Checks.
President and CEO Nathan Grossenbach states that they will be increasing the number of phone operators and the monitoring of e-mails, voicemails and their chat feature that’s available on their website at info@shorelinecu.org.
