The Milwaukee Brewers reportedly have an optional workout set for today (Monday) for the players while Major League Baseball is stopped.
Responding to the coronavirus threat, the season openers have been delayed by two weeks. It is likely the postponements will be extended.
The Brewers spring training home in Maryvale is closed to the fans for now.
Because players will need the work when they return, it’s likely we’re at least four weeks away from games – exhibition or regular season – right now.
