The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office received a call a little after 8:30 about a disturbance involving a firearm in the Town of Two Rivers.
The suspect had driven his vehicle into another unit parked in a driveway demanding that a 24-year-old Kewaunee man “repay a debt” then showed a gun.
He was eventually taken into custody just before noon with help from the Manitowoc County SWAT team and Crisis Negotiators. No one was hurt.
