An Algoma man was arrested on Child Porn charges yesterday.
According to Sheriff Matt Joski, the Sheriff’s Department conducted a search warrant at an apartment located in the 1400 block of Sixth Street in Algoma, after they had received a tip from Internet Crimes Against Children.
Details of what exactly was found in the apartment have not been made public, but the resident of the apartment, 61-year-old David Lehnert was arrested on charges including Possession of Child Pornography.
Joski states that “Lehnert is currently incarcerated at the Kewaunee County Jail pending further order of the court.”
