The Two Rivers Personnel and Finance Committee will be gathering this evening in City Hall.
The Committee meeting will begin at 6:00 PM in the 3rd Floor Conference Room, and they will be discussing several items in a closed session.
Among those items are more details on the proposed TID 13 for the Culvers Restaurant, as well as other potential development projects.
Another discussion will be held regarding TID 4, which includes the former Windella and Anchors Away properties.
The ongoing discussions regarding the former Paragon Partners property, and the CN Railroad Right of Way will continue, along with the conversation with Thermo Fisher Scientific.
