There are a couple of city meetings on the docket this evening in Manitowoc’s City Hall. The Industrial Development Corporation will start things off at 4:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room.
They will be discussing a waiver request from Redline Plastics for protective covenants for a building sign, as well as several loans, land sales, and business expansions.
Then at 5:30, the Public Infrastructure Committee will convene in the Council Chambers.
A big topic of discussion will be taking place in a closed session, as they talk about what will happen to the Village Square Building, located on the South West corner of the intersection of South 8th and Franklin Streets. In that discussion they will be talking about the proposed two-level parking ramp for that location.
