A Green Bay man has now officially been charged in a stabbing case from over the weekend.
55-year-old William Herman had his initial court appearance yesterday afternoon and was charged with Attempted Homicide, Reckless Injury, and Resisting an Officer.
The incident occurred on Saturday, and according to reports, Herman was upset with the victim, Daniel Ritter because his daughter told his parole agent some information that resulted in him being taken to jail.
In retaliation, Herman reportedly entered a bathroom and stabbed Ritter in the side while he was washing his hands.
When he was arrested, Herman had to be taken down with a taser, and his blood test came back showing a BAC of .323.
