Officials with the Wisconsin Ginseng Festival say the international event will be postponed until 2022. They say concerns about the coronavirus and difficulties in arranging travel led to the decision. The official announcement was made Monday. Organizers say taking a two-year break will let farmers concentrate on their growing efforts at home.
The annual festival held in Wausau boasted ginseng infused cuisine, beverages, music, dance groups, cooking demonstrations, 5k run, vendor exhibits, and children’s activities among other activities!
