The City of Two Rivers is starting the week off with just one meeting this evening in City Hall.
The Plan Commission will convene at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers and they will be taking a look at a couple of zoning change requests.
Also on the docket is a review of the site plan for the Van de Brohe Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary which will be located in the 3800 block of Lincoln Avenue as well as consideration of a proposed ordinance to add “Event Faculty/Assembly Hall” as a conditional use in the C-2 Conservancy District.
On the topic of conditional uses, the Commission will also be reviewing all of them in the Business’ and Residential Zoning Districts prior to adjournment.
