For the third time in a week, the Green Bay Police are investigating a stabbing incident.
Reports indicate that police were called to the 600 block of George Street just after 3:00 PM on Saturday. When they arrived, they found a 69-year-old man who had been stabbed in his lower abdomen.
The unnamed victim is listed in stable condition at a local hospital.
An also unnamed 55-year-old man was taken into police custody for his involvement.
Police say this was not a random act of violence, and that the public is not believed to be in any danger.
The incident remains under investigation.
