Pepin police say a suspect is being held for making a “credible threat” which resulted in a lockdown lasting two hours at Durand-Arkansaw Schools Wednesday afternoon.
No information about the suspect has been released.
Investigators say they tracked a cell phone to find the person in the Village of Pepin.
The lockdown was lifted just before 5:00 P-M and the students in the school district were allowed to go home.
