A Sheboygan man will be in court today on charges related to a shooting incident last month.
18-year-old Daniel Mares is facing charges of First-Degree Intentional Homicide and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon after he allegedly shot and killed Michael Kirsch on Sheboygan’s south side.
Mares was arrested on February 6th, roughly an hour after the shooting took place in front of a home on Clara Avenue.
His preliminary hearing will take place in front of Judge Robert Dewane at 3:45 this afternoon. Mares is facing life imprisonment if found guilty.
