Starting this morning, the City of Sheboygan is beginning a series of tree removals on several different streets which will require the closing of those streets.
Geele Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets will be closed off to traffic today, as several trees in that block have been infected by the Emerald Ash Borer.
Then tomorrow, North 8th Street between Geele and Bluff avenues will be closed, and between Lincoln and Superior Avenues on Monday.
All of these projects are scheduled to run from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on their given day.
