The three-year-old Appleton murder victim has been identified as Zyana S. Corbin. .
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner performed the autopsy and determined she died of “multiple incised wounds of the neck”, and found multiple face, neck and muscle incisions.
Details of the incident are quite gruesome, as it is a stabbing incident, however police have stated that the suspect, 25 -year-old Demetrius L. Williams, and the victims, Zyana and Tiana Corbin knew each other, as he had dated Tiana.
Tiana told police that she had broken up with Williams because she was “scared of the way he moves and does things”.
At last word Tiana and her unborn child are both in stable condition.
Williams has been charged with one count of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, and two counts of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, with one of those counts having an added domestic abuse modifier. He remains in the Outagamie County Jail on a $2 million cash bond, and will have his preliminary hearing on Wednesday, March 11th.
