The Green Bay Packers aren’t expected to move guard Elgton Jenkins to tackle if veteran free agent Brian Bulaga signs elsewhere.
Jenkins just completed an impressive rookie season. Rob Demovsky of E-S-P-N reports the Packers think right guard Billy Turner is a more viable option to make the move.
Jenkins was named to the N-F-L All-Rookie team last season after not allowing a single sack in more than 500 pass-blocking snaps. Turner just signed a four-year contract and he has N-F-L experience at right tackle, but he also had an up-and-down campaign in 2019.
