Workers at Milwaukee’s Miller Brewery are being told they have the option to return to their jobs today (Monday).
The office will be opened but attendance isn’t mandatory five days after a shooting left five of their fellow workers dead. Company officials are promising to have extra security on-site. They say the brewery will be started up this evening.
An email sent out over the weekend says Molson Coors wants to help in any way it can – and leadership understands that some people “may need additional time” to deal with the incident.
