Pierce County Looks For Shooter Who Killed Dog

Authorities in Pierce County are searching for the shooter who killed a dog and left it in a ditch.  The sheriff’s office posted a report on its Facebook page about the incident Thursday.  Investigators say the female white lab had been shot several times and it apparently had been in the ditch less than 24 hours.  Deputies say they think the animal was somebody’s pet because it was well-groomed and fed.
