The Brown County Sheriff’s Department has released the names of the two men involved in a pedestrian vs vehicle accident late last week.
According to Lt. Jason Katers, 53 year old Gregg J. Pribyl from the Green Bay area was reportedly helping a vehicle on the side of the road along County Road PP and County Road Z in the Town of Hollandtown just east of Kaukauna at around 11:00 PM when he was struck by 24 year old Jordan M. Eckert.
Poor driving conditions were said to have been a contributing factor in the incident. Pribyl remains in a local hospital after suffering life threatening injuries, but his condition is not known at this time.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit is still investigating the incident.
