Appleton Police have arrested a 25-year-old man in connection to the death of a three-year-old girl.
The case is being called a murder, while a 27-year-old woman also suffered life threatening injuries.
Demetrius L. Williams is now in the Outagamie County Jail, facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and two counts of Attempted Homicide.
Police were called to a residence in the 500 block of North Kensington Drive at around 9:30 last night and found the unnamed victims having suffered life threatening injuries. The child later died.
Reports indicate that Williams and the victims know each other, but the exact nature of their relationship has not been revealed.
Police remain at the scene of the crime this morning.
