The Manitowoc Lincoln Girls Basketball team was on the road last night to face Oshkosh North in the Division 1 Regional Basketball opener.
Jodon Lawrenz called the game on 1240 AM WOMT, and reported that the Ships fell to the Spartans 51-36.
Claire Swaboda led the way for the Ships with 11 points while the lone senior on the Lincoln squad, Emily Balaban scored 9 points in her final high school game.
The loss ends the season for the Ships, with a record of 1-22.
The Spartans meanwhile improve to 1-22 and will travel to take on the top seeded Germantown Warhawks on Friday.
