Second-year player Keston Hiura is being counted on by the Brewers to help replace some of the offensive firepower which left by free agency.
Hiura hit .303 with 19 homers and 49 runs batted in last season while playing 84 games. His defense is a work in progress – as a rookie, he made 16 errors while playing second base.
The 23-year-old athlete says his manager, Craig Counsell, is helping him a lot with his defense. Counsell played mostly second during his major league career.
