Seven Sheboygan County cheesemakers think their creations are the best in the world and will try to prove that early next month.
The 2020 World Champion Cheese Contest is scheduled to take place March 3rd through the 5th in Madison and will feature a record breaking 3,667 entries.
Those participating from Sheboygan County include the Cascade Cheese Company, Ceasar’s Cheese from Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan’s Deer Creek Cheese, the Gibbsville Cheese Company out of Sheboygan Falls, and Great Lakes Cheese, Masters Cheese, and Satori Company all out of Plymouth.
Satori is more of their cheeses than anyone else from Sheboygan County, including their Classic Asiago, Classic Parmesan shred, and Heritage sharp cheddar.
