Manitowoc’s Parflex Division of Parker Hannifin is holding an on-site Job Fair this Saturday at 1717 Dufek Drive.
Courtney Ryczek, Human Resource Leader, tells SeehaferNews.com that Job Fair runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, where they will be taking applications, and offering tours of the facility. She indicated applicants will have the chance to interview as well because Parker is looking to add employees to their 2nd and third shifts.
She said “Anyone with mechanical aptitude, willing to train…on machine operations…and have a mechanical mindset” should come out to the hiring event.
Ryczek spoke about wages and fringe benefits at the company, saying they offer raises “a couple of times a year” as well as full medical and dental, and education reimbursement along with many other benefits.
