Update 2/20/20: Prowling suspect is in custody. The case is still active.
On Sunday, February 16, 2020, at 5:30 a.m. officers responded to a residence on the west side of Green Bay for a suspicious situation. A homeowner reported seeing a male suspect prowling around their home on their video surveillance system and reported it to the police. The Green Bay Police are asking for community assistance in identifying the suspect.
