A couple of major projects in Two Rivers continue to chug along.
Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley issued his City Manager’s Report and indicated that Site and Architectural Plans for the Riverside Foods 8,900 square foot building expansion were approved by Plan Commission earlier this month. The next step will be the City Council taking a look at and taking action on a $400,000 TID 8 grant, which will be presented on Monday.
Meanwhile, the Plan Commission review and recommendation for Conditional Use Permit for the Culvers restaurant was completed earlier this month as well, with the Council also taking a look at it on Monday.
TID 13 Development Agreement is expected to be ready for Council action on February 24 as well.
