A water main broke in Sheboygan late last week, and repairs are, at last word still ongoing.
Reports indicate that the breakage was reported at around noon on Friday on Washington Avenue, east of Sheboygan South High School.
The Sheboygan Water Utility is reporting that during their repair operations, a valve failed, causing even more repairs to be done. That project is currently underway, but crews are not certain when it will be completed.
Traffic has been re-routed around the problem area, but a full closure may be need, depending on if there is any other damage.
