Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Director Kevin Boehm has resigned.
City Manager Greg Buckley said in a news release that Boehm came to Two Rivers in 2018 after serving as the Parks and Recreation Director in Enid, Oklahoma.
Buckley thanked Mr. Boehm for his service to Two Rivers, noting that his accomplishments included expanding the City’s offerings of concerts, movies and special events at the beach and in Central Park, new recreation program offerings, and a renewed focus on City forestry programs.
Boehm’s resignation became effective on Monday, with the City now exploring options for interim management. According to Buckley, recruitment for a new Parks and Recreation Director will begin soon.
