Another Marquette game – another ranked opponent.
The Golden Eagles meet Villanova on the road tonight (Wednesday) for a Big East Conference game.
Marquette already beat the Wildcats 71-60 on January 4th.
Villanova is ranked 15th while compiling the same record at Marquette, 7-and-4 in conference play and 17-and-6 overall.
It’s been eight years since the Golden Eagles swept the season series.
They have won six times in their last seven games, good enough to move them into the A-P Top 25 and a 22nd-place ranking.
The game will be aired on AM 980 WCUB, with tip off scheduled for 7:30 PM.
