A 45-year-old Kenosha man has reached a plea agreement, admitting he shot another man to death during a drug transaction.
The incident happened last May in Pleasant Prairie.
Prosecutors said Shawn Amelio Senior drove to a restaurant with his 19-year-old daughter to sell some marijuana.
When they met 19-year-old Khaled Alchaar to complete the transaction, Amelio and his daughter say Alchaar pulled out a gun and was trying to rob them when the father fatally wounded him.
