Valentine’s Day falls this Friday and, of course, it’s a big day for sweethearts & lovers.
Flowers are a very popular choice for romantics, and, Claire Olson from Roorbach Flowers in Manitowoc admits that men are not innately flower people, but “They know a rose, they understand roses, and yes it’s kind of the symbol of the day, but there are so many other beautiful things.”
One of those options is a purple rose, which Olson called “Magnificent.”
Olson added fresh cut varieties are most popular, such as daisies, tulips, spring flowers, and baby’s breath.
