Bond has been set at a half-million dollars for the stabbing suspect accused of killing a former Oshkosh Police captain.
28-year-old Ian Suzuki was charged Thursday in Winnebago County Circuit Court with first-degree intentional homicide.
Investigators say Suzuki stabbed Jay Puestohl in the neck Sunday afternoon.
A woman who was present when Puestohl was killed says Suzuki has had mental health issues since he was in middle school and has been seeing a psychiatrist since October.
