A Kenosha judge has lowered the bond for a 19-year-old woman accused of killing her sex trafficker.
The $1 million bond for Chrystul Kizer is now $400,000.
She admits to killing 34-year-old Randall Volar in self-defense before setting his house on fire and stealing his car in June 2018.
Investigators say they found text messages showing the murder was premeditated, then a bragging voice mail she sent after he was dead.
