Witnesses to a damaging house fire in Bellevue Tuesday afternoon say they heard explosions before they saw flames.
When firefighters arrived the fire had filled the first floor and the crews say they spotted flames coming through the roof, with black smoke filling the sky.
The home was destroyed, but three family members were okay.
A pet dog was killed.
Firefighters from four departments arrived at about 2:30 P-M and remained on the scene for three hours.
